 Management for Human Resource and Administration Department
 Set policy, strategy, work plan, manpower plan, budget of Human Resource and Administration Department
 Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
 Develop and roll-out annual development plan for all levels of employees to align with corporate business and functional needs.
 Building a strong talent management and development program for all levels
 To develop and implement employee career plan, Salary Structure, KPI and performance management.
 Have a good knowledge of Labor law
 Management skill, Leadership, Work under pressure, Responsibility
 Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
 Manage the BCP plan, coordinate with another Department.
 Other jobs as assignment

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

 Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field, Organization Development degree will be a plus.
 Has at least 15 years of experience in HRD and HRM in the manufacturing industry and strong leadership / negotiation skills
 Has strong knowledge of a well-structured company’s OD, Change management, Career path, retention and competency.
 Experience in HR management, Com & Ben, Performance management, Job Analysis and etc.
 Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, compliance, and other related laws.
 Good command of Thai and English (verbal and written)
