• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Issue Quotation , Po and confirm order with client
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
• Work with“modern trade” customer
• This position will have career path to be sales in near future

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree from top 5 university
- Male or female whose age not over 25 years old.
- Prefer New Graduate
- Active and energetic with strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, and external partners.
- Proficiency in English (especially on writing and speaking), MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of other languages (Japanese, Chinese) and international customs is an asset
Excellent document management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
