JOB DETAIL

-Place order to Japan HQ, delivery control, prepare import planning
-Take care of importing products from Japan
- Inventory control, domestic distribution
-Contact with ASEAN clients, making invoice and PO, update price list etc for clients
-Third-country trading task

*Products: Fluoroplatic(Grass cloth coated with fluoroplastic, Adhesive tape mainly for food factory.)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Female only, age around 25-30 years old
-Having sales coordinator working experience
-Not job-hopper(must have 3 years experience in one company)
-Having logistic experience (such as coordinating delivery and import export with logistic company, not customer service) will be advantage
-Intermediate level in English.(need to communicate with clients from East Asian countries)
-Personality: Cheerful, patient(not give up easily),active, cooperative, time management, challenging , can work accurately
-Commuting time from home should be within 1hour by public transportation (please put current address on cv)
-Having experience of using ERP system and illustrator (preferred)
