Department: Planning
1. Carry out customer's purchasing orders
2. Key in customer's purchasing orders into the system
3. Handle and issue Dispatch Note
4. Handle Delivery Confirmation to customers
5. Enter data of sales order receiving into recorded file
6. Stock assignment for complicated cases
7. Handle the production plan
8. Handle purchasing orders and inventory control
9. Coordinate with suppliers
10. Perform other related duties as required
11. Take care customers
12. Communicate and coordinate with all related parties (Sale team, outsource compounder, etc.)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Female. Age between 25-30 years old.
-Bachelor's degree in any field.
-At least 3 years as Logistics Coordinator (Planning Tasks) in Trading company
-Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
-Able to start working immediately
