Job Summary
• Do standardization of technical knowledge and technical support for Sure press and color label printer.
• Control spare part inventory and implement forecasting system
• Do standardization escalation process to communicate with Regional service Team to support on product quality feedback to prevent any problem in the further.

Job Description
• Technical support specializes to ASPs (Authorize service partner) and Information Center Team on Sure Press/Color Label products
• Advisor for any technical knowledge concerns and continue to be monitoring their technical skill
• Regular visit ASP / customer to get more knowledge support and get more experience sharing.
• Support spare parts refurbish process for all product concern.
• Regular monitor spare part usage and forecast system.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualification:
• Male, Thai Nationality, Age not over than 40 years old
• Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering
• At least 2 years experiences repair on Sure press / color label product.
• Skillset: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint Word, PowerPoint)
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Able to travel domestic and travel overseas
