Position: Logistics & Order Transaction Staff
Department: Production & Planning Department
Report Directly to Manager (Thai) and General Manager (Japanese)

1. Receive purchase order and deliver to customer as requested
2. Handle and issue concerned documents as Tax Invoice, Delivery Note, etc.
3. Plan for deliver route
4. Report monthly sale volume to Sales Department
5. Handle and contact with shipping company and issued concerned document for export order
6. Co-operate with Quality System ISO 9001
7. Internal co-ordinate with sales team, accounting team, QC team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female only. Age 26-30 years old.
2. Bachelor degree in any fields
3. At least 3 years of experience as Logistic Staff (Import & Export)
4. Experienced in Warehouse and Transportation Management
5. Experienced using SAP
6 Intermediate level of English
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office
