• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences or other marketing events.
• Set up meetings with potential customers. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to ensure that the proposal meets their needs.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments to achieve sales targets within schedule.
• Negotiate and close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with teams for improvement or new products and services. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Supply management with status reports e.g customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields. (GPA > 3.00)
• 3 - 5 years working as a Sales Executives or similar role.
• Excellent English skills (TOEIC > 750)
• Fluent in Japanese (N1)
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in Sales
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pleasant personality and strong service minded as well as team working sipirit.
