Expected start working date: Immediately

Job Descriptions:
1. Complete payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
2. Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
3. Prepare accrued expenses/adjust transactions and records.
4. Prepare Financial Report
5. Prepare Budget Report
6. Prepare Sale Report
7. Maintain deposit files and records.
8. Control cheque book
10. Perform reconciliation including supplier statement reconciliations, credit card.
11. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male/Female. Age between 27-30 years old
-Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting
-At least 3 years of work experience as Accountant in as international or multi-national company
-Intermediate level of English
-Able to work on some Saturdays (15 Saturdays/year, depends on company's calendar)
