JOB DETAIL

• To review and draft agreements and legal documents both in Thai and English.
• To make the template of standard company agreement.
• To be consultant and provide legal opinion focusing on Business law and labor law.
• To check and ensure the company comply with law.
• To find the good way to solve various problems.
• To monitor the updated laws and regulations.
• To coordinate with external lawyer and government officials.
• To be main PIC and supporter of Legal project such as PDPA etc.
• Other tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male and Female (Thai Nationality) / 28-35 years old.
• Master or Bachelor of Laws.
• Experience 5-10 years
• Having strong knowledge and experience in commercial law, business law and labor law.
• Good command in English. (Business level)
• Having knowledge and experience in IT business, Foreign business and BOI would be advantage.
• Having knowledge and experience about withholding tax of Thai and oversea.
