- Finding new clients and get requirement
- Coordinate with house structure, architecture, interior etc.
- Plan with team for house sales event
- Create Online Content
- Take care for Modular House and Developer
- Report to manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female only (Thai Natonality)
- Age 28 years old up
- Education Level as bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 5 Years experienced in Selling House (Ex. SCG HEIM)
- Experience for House Sales and Marketing Activity
- Have driving license and own car
- Knowledge the house structure, architecture, interior coordination
- Knowledge house price structure (foundation cost, construction cost, Developer GP)
