New Position
Report directly to Department Manager
Subordinates: 7-8 Sales Staffs

1. Create and implement sales strategies for business and budget plans and delegate to each sales team in purpose of expanding the new customers including maintaining the existing customers.
2. Ensure focused on sales hunting and service both Air Freight and Sea Freight.
3. Analyze the customer's business, competitors and current situation to make the business opportunity and build relationship with customers.
4. Manage the target RFQ strategy and make the decision in order to secure the business.
5. Ensure smooth business implementation and migration as well as eliminating operational issues.
6. Organize conference calls with oversea counterpart to discuss sales development, QBR, etc. as and when it is necessary
7. Manage and control the information exchanges from/to local and overseas to ensure effective information sharing to develop the businesses as well as manage and control the information exchanges from/to local and overseas to ensure effective information sharing in order to develop the businesses.
8. Control SOP (Standard Operation Procedures) to meet up customer's requirements
9. Analyze and increase customer's satisfaction's score from the customer satisfaction survey within timeframe.
10. Prepare monthly report for management review.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male/Female. Age between 30-40 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics
- At least 6 years of freight forwarding sales experience and people management skills
- Intermediate level of English
- Personal car
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
