No direct subordinates
Legal Team: Senior Staffs and Staffs

Job Description:
1. Draft and review English and Thai Commercial Contract
2. Operate the compliance activities (Anti-Corruption)
3. Operate the annual auction committee
4. Advice Labor Law to ER Team
5. Operate overall business law
6. Other tasks as assigned by superior

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male/Female. Age between 35-50 years old.
-Bachelor's Degree or higher in Law or Business Law
-10 years of work experience in field of Legal Corporate, Legal & Compliance and Foreign Business Law
-Proven knowledge of Business Law (Corporate)
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Intermediate level of English
