JOB DETAIL

-Place order to Japan HQ, delivery control, prepare import planning
-Third-country trading task
-Take care of importing products from Japan, using ERP system for import（JETEPA,AJCEP)
- Inventory control, domestic distribution
-Contact with ASEAN clients, making invoice and PO, update price list etc for clients

*Products: Fluoroplatic(Grass cloth coated with fluoroplastic, Adhesive tape mainly for food factory.)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Female only, age around 27-35 years old
-Having third-country trade and international logistic(import export products), delivery management experience for more than 3 years (must have 3 years experience in one company), not customer service experience
-Those who currently working at freight forwarder
-Having experience of using ERP system
-Intermediate level in English.(need to communicate with clients from East Asian countries)
-Personality: Cheerful, patient(not give up easily),active, cooperative, time management, challenging
-Commuting time from home should be within 1.5hour by public transportation
