Replacement Position

Department: Distribution Center
Report Directly to Warehouse Manager
Subordinates: Driver, Checker, and Transport Admin

Main Responsibility:
1. Manage daily delivery to Bangkok and upcountry and ensure delivery to be on time.
2. Control delivery cost to be under annual budget and seek cost saving from transport activity.
3. Monitor company’s own fleet to be in good condition with 0 accident.

Job Descriptions:
1. Manage daily routing to optimize truck capacity
2. Ensure delivery to be on time both Bangkok area and upcountry.
3. Ensure performance of subcontractor to be tracked and continuously improved service level
4. Control own fleet’s maintenance and operation cost
5. Supervise drivers to ensure the delivery to be in line with company policy and KPIs
6. Initiate cost saving from transport activity
7. Create accident report, if any
8. Support other DC/transport related to project or assignments
9. Daily coordinate with Outbound Operations Department when there is any discrepancy issue in box/package
10. Daily coordinate with Inbound Operations Department when there is any returns from customer
11. Occasionally coordinate with Warehouse Manager to update status of assigned tasks

KPIs:
1. Maintain high truck utilization rate
2. On time delivery to Bangkok and upcountry area
3. Trucks are in good condition with no breakdown from negligence
4. Cost saving from transport activity
5. Transport accident is 0

*Major Challenges: On-time delivery

Subordinate’s Responsibilities:
Driver: Deliver orders to customer place
Checker: Perform checking to handover to subcontractor
Transport Admin: Coordinate with drivers and conduct transport report

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 25-30 years old
2. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics
3. At least 2 years of experienced in transport planning in Bangkok and other area nearby and supervising truck drivers
4. At least 10 trucks experience in supervising own fleet
5. Understand retail delivery business. (If have direct experience if Pharmaceutical Products Delivery is an advantage)
6. Good knowledge of routing in Bangkok and other area nearby and road regulation
7. Good knowledge of fleet maintenance
7. Able to work on every Saturdays (Overtime Allowance will be provided)
