Replacement Position
Number of Sales Team Member: 6 staffs (All female)
Report to Sales Manager (Thai) and Japanese GM

Position: Sales Coordinator (Oversea and Domestic) - Staff Level
Department: Business Affair (Import-Export)

1. Receive order from overseas and domestic customers
1.1 Input detail order to system
1.2 Order product to our factory
1.3 Manage, monitor and adjust shipment.
1.4 Arrange and prepare shipment including book shipment. (Air, Sea and other)
1.5 Prepare shipping documents. Invoice, Packing list and etc.
2. Coordinate with customer both over sea and domestic
2.1 Manage backlog balance of each customer
2.2 Manage and control forecast from customer.
2.3 Follow and feedback of delivery schedule
2.4 Inform and adjust unforeseen delays or problems
2.5 Control payment received of customer and follow up overdue payment.
3. Coordinate with factory and other department
3.1 Follow up delivery plan
3.2 Instruct shipment
3.3 Share Information
3.4 Issue payment bill

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Female. Age between 25-38 years old.
-Bachelor's Degree
-At least 3 years of Sales Coordinator (Import-Export)
-Business level of English
-If have work experience in Japanese manufacturing company is an advantage
-Able to work on 1 Saturday/Month
-Proactive, decisive, and able to work without always being told what to do.
-Able to coordinate with related parties.
-Able to see the overall merits of the company and not only their own department.
-Identify the cause of issues and able to provide solutions and countermeasures.
-Able to adjust and coordinate with related departments and create better business flow among them.
