JOB DETAIL

• Monitor and control all aspects of new product development ,Improve product are followed.
• Product design ,Process design ,Tooling design ,Material selection and all concern parameters
• must be applied in development or improvement process from initial phase to implementation ,Production and final phase at customers
• To cooperate with customer, Parent Company, supplier and other departments
• To control, support and follow up subordinates in works for the development.
• To control product specification,material specification,Closure drawing and technical information

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male, Female, 35 years old up
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science majoring in related fields such as Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Biotechnology, etc.
• Experience in production, engineering, RD background of all packaging products (metal packaging and plastic packaging.) with at least 5-10 years.
• Experience in Management level 3-5 years
• Experience of work about Eco-friendly packaging, sustainability packaging is a plus
• Can communicate in English
• Japanese skill is preferred
• Understand the Mechanical drawing
• Can work on Saturday (Work 1 day/month)
