Responsible for Production, New Parts Start-Up Technical staffs, and Quality Control Department Management
Direct Subordinates: 2

1.Start-up work for newly ordered parts
2.Arrangement of molds and jigs
3.Maintenance of production process
4.Initial quality management / PPAP creation
5.Engineering department and quality control department management
6.Meet with customers
7.Give guidance to subordinates
8.Give emergency response when the mold is damaged.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male or Female, age between 40-50 years old
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering
-At least 5 years of technical work experience in plastic manufacturing company.
-Able to read drawing and SPEC test
-Knowledge of plastic molding technology
-Experienced in starting up new parts or handling automobile-related parts
-Familiar with PPAP/ISO9001/ISO14001/IATF16949.
-Intermediate level of English
-In good health and physical condition and doesn't have any illness or chronic disease
-Driving license
-Able to work on some Saturdays (1-2 Saturdays/month depends on the order)
