1.Responsible for all the purchasing activities
2.Ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and high-quality
3.Maintain relationship with suppliers
4.Evaluate supply options, approve purchases, and maintain accurate records
5.Update the market trends on women's accessories
6.Review, compare analyze and approve products before purchased
7.Check and monitor quality of the products to meet company's standard
8.Ensure the timely delivery of the products and compliance with the contracts of purchase
9.Manage inventory and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records
10.Negotiate Terms of Agreement to achieve the best deal for the company
11.Research and evaluate suppliers according to price and quality to determine the best choice

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Female. Age not over 30 years old.
-Bachelor's Degree in any field
-2 years of experience as Purchasing Officer in women's fashion & accessories
-Have experience sourcing finished and premium products through Alibaba
-Business level of Chinese
-Detail-oriented person with good sense of style
-High negotiation skill
