1st Interview with 1)Mr. Frame 2)Ms. Joy (Secretary) 3)Ms. Maprang (Marketing Manager) 4)Ms. Fern (Marketing Manager)
1.Meet and discuss with CEO and Coffee shop operators to discuss their advertising needs
2.Discuss with marketing team to create marketing campaign that meets the CEO''s brief and budget
3.Present campaign ideas and costings to CEO
4.Brief the creative/graphic designer in the marketing team to produce the advertisement
5.solve problems, provide solutions, and make sure deadlines are met
6.Check and report on the marketing campaign’s progress
7.Manage budget

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male/Female. Age nor over 35 years old
-Experienced as AE in well-known company
-Required knowledge about coffee in expert level
-Active, attention to details, good organizational and time management skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
