*Replacement Position
Department: R&D
Direct Report to General Manager (Belgian)
Subordinate: R&D Department Staffs

1.Generate new product idea and concept in collaboration with Marketing/Sales team
2.Manage and perform trials to develop new products to meet the customer’s need
3.Manage the preparation of product samples for consumer research
4.Manage and define priority for all R&D projects of the team
5.Provide coaching and advice to subordinates and monitor performances
6.Recheck and create R&D standards and processes
7.Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and other related departments to ensure product quality
8.Prepares specification sheets for new materials and products and reviews and updates regularly as necessary
9.Control and prepared manufacturing procedures of new products
10.Always stays up to date for new trends

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male/Female. Age between 35 - 45 years old up.
-Bachelor Degree in food science
-Minimum experience 5 years in research and development of pastry or confectionery (sweets and chocolates)
-Good personality and attitude (open-minded, honest, diplomat, precise, team player)
-Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Good collaboration, cross-functional and analytical skills
-Fluent in English and Thai
-Able to work on every Saturdays
