Responsibilities:
1.Lead the department to provide good quality all-round IT services including
Applications, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, IT services and control.
2.Manage IT related budget and resources allocation.
3.Experience on SAP, Success Factor, BIPO, Payroll, BPM, office 365 (email,
share-point), Cloud platform and Apps development.
4.Able to communicate with various functions to align business growth.
5.Understand business needs and support by providing relevant tech solutions.
6.Review, establish and implement/execute effective IT procedures and SOP.
7.Monitor the day-to-day IT operation on system administration, security
management and helpdesk support.
8.Provide local leadership for continuous improvement.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male/Female. Age not over 45 years old
-Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or Information Technology.
-At least 10 years solid experience in relevant multinational company working experience,
preferably in manufacturing, chemistry industry.
-Solid experience in SAP, Success Factor, office365, share-point, ITIL, and IT operation support.
-Strong experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity
-Solid experience in Leadership and able to align IT strategies with HQ
-Strong knowledge of business and IT project delivery methodologies
-Previous experience working for manufacturing/chemistry business will be advantageous.
-Excellent analytical, troubleshooting skills and able to work under pressure.
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Fluent in English (If able to communicate in Chinese is preferable)
-Experience in BI solution is an advantage.
-Immediate available is highly preferred.
