Plan sales and strategies plan (include business plan)
• Established sales target yearly, build and implement solutions in order to meet expected
Sales and profit.
• Able to find and penetrate OEM market segments.
• Define sales strategies and formulate plans to support sales efforts.
• Locating and developing new accounts and maintaining existing customer relationship.
• Excellent sales forecasting, prospecting, qualifications and selling skill.
• A team player attitude, customer service oriented with strong work ethic and hunter
Attitude.
• Ensure the meeting of sales budget and the generation of revenue, closing of sales in a
Professional and effective manner.
• Maintaining up-to-date awareness of competitors activities.
• Participate in marketing events such as trade shows and etc.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male / Female, 30-40
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Have experience working in Sales OEM and Auto Parts, preferable but not required
• Good command in English is a must, presentation skill, negotiation skills
• Be able to work on Saturday (Work 2 x Saturday/month)
