- Responsible for all process in recruitment functions such as job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, screening applications, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Input the data of the candidates into the system
- Travel up-country to job fair for recruiting new employee
- Coordinate with Departments

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male only, age around 27 – 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree in any field
- 2 years'' experience as HR Function especially in Recruitment
- Able to travel to Recruit upcountry
- Have knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Powerpoint)
- Can drive a car and have a driver’s license.
- Good human relationship and communication skill.(English or Japanese language)
