Job Full Title: Substation Control and Protection System (SCPS) Senior Engineer/Asst. Manager
Job Function: SCPS(CSCS) Engineering and Design for Electrical Substation
Position: SCPS/CSCS/SCADA Engineer (High Voltage and Medium Voltage System)
Organization: FMTEC-System Engineering Center
Direct Report to: General Manager/Senior Manager

1.Responsible for electrical design and engineering (SE: Systems Engineering) of Substation Control and Protection System for High/Medium voltage substation of the utility, industrial sector and electric power company in Southeast Asia Region
2.Meet with operation staffs to analyze and document SCPS/CSCS/SCADA and other control system needs
3.Implement,maintain, and support system related to SCADA/DCS applications
4.Troubleshoot, program, and repair/replace Programmable Logic Controller (PLC''s), Logic Modules, Data Modules and PLC network communication equipment
5.Work with sales/business development department in FE (Fuji Electric) Southeast Asian Sales Companies in Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, CLMV, others to prepare the technical
6.Work with Project Manager in FE South East Asian sales companies to execute in engineering stage
7.Work with our FE factories (Mainly: Thai, Japan) and suppliers to prepare, checking and review.
8.Design concept and details to complete the SCPS/CSCS/SCADA System
9.conrol and monitor the cost of the project including man hours
10.Operate the overall operation of the substation design engineer with quality and timely completion of the project
11.Manage supplier and vender
12.Lead the technical negotiation/discussion with client. consultant and supplier tendering, ensuring design, installing, testing and supporting sales team
13.Manage schedule, timeline, and prepare the progress schedule and report of the project
14.Review and tracking any changes in the scope of work against contract
15.Measuring KPI of the team and analyze

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

16.Lead, coach, guide, train, motivate the team
17.Establish professional relationship with customers/supplier to ensure customer satisfaction

-Male/Female. Age around 30-40 is preferred.
-Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Electrical engineer or Design Engineer
-Must have knowledge of IEC61860
-At least 3 years'' experience of SCPS/CSCS/SCADA/DCS system engineering and design, field testing and commissioning for the electrical substation
-Prefer candidates who have work experience from multi-national companies
-English in business level
-Able to travel within Thailand and oversea (10-20% of travelling)
