[Overall]
・Make ASEAN Profit & Loss and Investment Budget/strategy with Global Pouch GM and ASEAN CEO.
・Break down to Tactics with Sales Team by each Company.
・Achievement of ASEAN Flexible and pouches Sales budget (Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand).
・Contribution of Profit from Flexible and pouches Business UNIT.
・Research Market Information from Sources such as Customer and Supplier.
・Develop Sustainable Product.
・Share Technical information with Internal key members.
・Be able to propose a way to sales and production to achieve project.
・Determine Supplier and Grade/Type of material.
[Operation role]
・Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization.
・Understand all menus, product offerings, packaging and pricing structure.
・Build/maintain relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors.
・Set Short/Long term goals in business plan including income budget, expenses and strategic plans to the Board of Director approved.
・Study planning, project analysis. Investment that is beneficial to the company for the faculty Board of Directors approved.
・Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business
・Set the annual operating plan for designated Asian market in collaboration with internal & external parties to achieve target.
・Engage in key or targeted customer activities.
・Encourage, supervise and provide leadership to team''s members.
・Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.
[Management role]
・Manage the business Operation (ASEAN) according to policy and authority that the Board of directors set.
・Manage work to achieve the goals as specified. Included in the business plan
・Promote/create corporate culture for Be strong and support the vision and Business growth in ASEAN market.
・Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
・Communicate strategy and results and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
・Educate team members

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Bachelor degree or higher (Business administration, packaging technology, science, any related field).
・English business level.
・Experience at least 10 years in Flexible Packaging ( Film , Plastic ).
・Knowledge and understanding of business and Company business competition.
・Knowledge of the company''s products and services.
・Knowledge of financial and accounting systems, Company budget.
