JOB DETAIL

• Work with Sales Team to engage new customers with suitability and sampling.
• Work with service team to identify root causes of technical issues
• Provide intensive support and training to customers
• Support regional support team in both sales closure and customers issues
• Maintain good relationship/communication with 3rd party vendor increases customer satisfaction.
• Support SI and end-users to resolve technical and application issues
• Conduct workshops & seminars for new products / technologies

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male/Female, age not over 40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• At least 3 years experiences in Pre-Sales or Technical support in printing business is a must.
• Good command in English.(Business level)
• Able to travel domestic and international as required
