Replacement Position
Report Directly to Engineering Manager (Mr. Alex, Philippine) and After Sales Manager (Thai)
Interview 2 rounds
1st Interview via Microsoft Team with Engineering Manager and After Sales Manager
2nd Interview face-to-face with Engineering Manager and After Sales Manager and Director in Japan via Microsoft Team
Main Client Locations: Ahyudhaya, Prachinburi, Ssraburi, Chonburi, Chachoengsao, Nakorn Pathom and other provinces in Metropolitan area
Product: Fuji Seal Machine (imported from Netherland and Japan) and PACO Brand Machine (imported from Italy)

1.Present, setting up, and repair company product and technologies professionally and ethically at all times, with all actions in line with business expectations
2.Perform field service activity including installing the equipment, inspecting, repairing and maintaining the equipment as well as providing the support according to customer''s inquiry
3.Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
4.Maintain daily communication with customers to ensure the resolution and proper follow -up
5.Build-up, maintain and develop good relationships with customer assess, customer’s needs, suggest product and service adaption when necessary
6.Gather feedback from customer (customer inquiries), provide ideas and suggestions on product and service adaption and development and after-sales service.
7.Support and coordinate with Sales for creating any opportunity regarding to products and service
8.Communicate effectively with a variety of different people

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male/Female. Age between 32–38 years old
-Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer or Mechatronics Engineer
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in service engineer field
-Mechanical background with machine assembly skills
-Have experience and knowledge of Automation Services and Programming will be an advantage
-Have Experience in food and beverage packaging equipment will be an advantage
-Systematic thinking with flexibility working, good interpersonal skills, communication skills and customer oriented
-Good of English, both written & spoken skills and proficient in MS Office
-Able to work under pressure.
-Able to travel upcountry and aboard and work on Saturday or overtime sometimes (Overtime allowance will be provided if work on Saturdays and after 17.30)
-Have driving license
