JOB DETAIL

-Overseas month-end, quarterly-end and year-end close activities, from statement of financial position and cash account reconciliations to financial statement preparation
-Reviewing all reconciliations and ensuring they are followed-up on monthly
-Prepare consolidated financial statement
-Participate in the creation of the annual budgets and periodic forecasts
-Have a comprehensive technical and functional understanding of all accounting processes in use (i.e. AR, AP and general ledger) and any relevant amendments or appendices, and of the client’s structure and needed interfaces;
-Responsible for the timely filing of corporate tax returns and ensuring compliance with the local regulations of the Revenue Department.
-Prepare accounting and financial reports for the management team. Provide proactive support and analytical advice to operations.
-Coordinate with external auditors, other departments, regulator and Revenue Department on accounting and tax matters.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male or Female, age between 38-45 years old
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
-Good command of English
-Computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and database
-Several years of working experience as a Chief Accountant at least 7 years
-Holding CPD license
-Relevant experience in financial & management particularly in construction industry is preferred
-Familiarity in TFRS and IFRS is advantage
-Ability to direct and supervise accounting staff
