Job Responsibilities
Drive sales team to ramp up sales by involving all sales activities starting with pipeline involvement,channel restructuring, internal sales pursuit process, proposal support, customer negotiations and contract closure.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
・Own the area sales goals and drive business growth, monitors booking results to add focus where needed
・Establish strong relationship with the end users and distributors by providing solution
・Draw up a business plan for each targeted market segment and define growth areas and specific action plan
・Manage optimum distribution channel by finding or restructuring.
・Assist providing training to sales representatives to ensure product and application expertise exist.
・Provide input on major competitors strategies within assigned area

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Have a strong background on the electrical industry, especially for Industrial Automation and Controls
・Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationship
・Very strong written and oral communication skills with sales experience and opportunity
・Proven to develop sales, ability to work in diverse team
