Job Description
⚫ Understanding and influencing team members using QUNIE Philosophy.
⚫ High business consulting expertise in Digital Transformation Consulting Service
from Strategy to Execution.
⚫ Understanding of the Industry of Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer Product
and Retail/Distribution, Financial Institution.
⚫ Solution Design of Digital Transformation Services from past experience and
QUNIE Japan services.
⚫ Solution Design of Digital Transformation Services using business partners
capabilities.
⚫ Business Strategy Design of the Consulting Services to provide and business
development activities to go to the market to perform pre-sales.
⚫ Project Management of the Digital Transformation Consulting services.
⚫ Hiring and developing talent to build potential DX Team.
⚫ Deliver consulting project as Project Manager and manage entire project from
planning, control, risk management and closing.⚫ Building strong relationship with CxO levels for Thai Companies in order to provide
solutions to the market.
⚫ Delivering Public Seminar/Webinar related to Digital Transformation.
⚫ High expertise and best practices of following Consulting area (AI/Block
Chain/RPA/IoT/Big Data).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

First level University degree
Over 10 years of Strategic Technology Consulting or Business Consulting.
Minimum 3 projects or Solutions that can be show cased to potential clients
Experience in Project Management for Business Consulting Project.
Experience in Team Development (partial) in Business Consulting Firm.
Experience working for Business Consulting Firm (McKinsey, BCG, A.T.Kearney,
Bain & Co., PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Accenture, IBM, ABeam)
Experience of Sales closing and target achievement.
2 positive referral from previous business consulting company.

Leadership, Coaching and Team Development Skills
Competency skills (business presentation, logical thinking, negotiation, team
leadership) working on the consulting project.
Business Consulting Project Management Skills, not just technology PM experience,
must have initiating, controlling and closing experience in Business Consulting.
Language skills: English (Business proficiency level), Thai (Native level)
