- Prepare and issue documents such as invoice and payment in time
- Control document system by SAP Accounting program
- Another tasks assign by Sales & Marketing and Japanese Manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female Only, Age 25 – 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree in any related fields
- Min. 1 years experience in Sales Coordinator in Logistics or Trading Company
- Experience in coordination field, knowledge of some documents ex. B/L, Invoice etc. in trading company
- Quick action and response for communication and documentation
- Good command in English
- Computer literacy
