JOB DETAIL
Qualification
l 5-7 years of experience as assistant to executive level would be an advantage
l Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint Knowledge and Skill
l Good written and verbal communication skills.
l Excellence command of English, both written & spoken - daily work in English
l Thai native
Role & Responsibility
l Develop and Create power point presentation of CEO
l Organization/coordination of meeting schedule prepares and accompanies appointments and meetings, completes minutes of meetings.
l Manage contacts and tracking correspondence
l Coordinate and establish complex travel arrangements
l Proactive management of the office environment / Support administrative works.
l Maintains confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.
l Accurately tracks expenses of CEO
l Assists HR matters
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
Female, age between 24 - 30 years.
Bachelor’s Degree in General Management, International Business, Computer, Secretarial or related fields, preferably in English program. If Master’s Degree will be an advantage.
At least 1 – 3 years working experience in secretary and some experience Management or Operation Management.
Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal communication skills and pleasant personality.
Excellent in spoken and written English and interpersonal skill.
Quick learner with proactive and ability to work under pressure
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, internet and some basic of computer system.
