1.Prepare construction drawing for switchgears and cubicles
2.Understand engineering process and design of panel structure for switchgears system in order to improve
3.Plan and control engineering work regarding date of all project
4Assign tasks to the team to ensure technical documentation is produced for major projects and tenders
4.Supervise the team and complete the work with a tough schedule
5.Summarize the members and maximize the power of the team

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male/Female. Age not over 50years old.
- Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Electrical engineer or Design Engineer
- At least 8 years'' experience in electrical design engineer, electrical substation or/and powerplant design
- Strong knowledge in switchgears, electrical powerplant design, costing and estimate for electrical powerplant
- Fluent in English (report to Japanese MD and others in the same department aboard)
