PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Marketing Manager is accountable for leading and executing marketing/product management strategy, marketing communications to build Grobest brand and Functional performance superiority, developing marketing teams/processes and for achieving market share, sales volume and profit goals including:
1.Product and Brand Marketing vision and strategies
2.Product Management, product improvements and develop NPDs (New Product Development) with competitive analysis/benchmarks
3.Channel/Trade Marketing for each channel – Farmers (large, mid, small) and Dealers (large and mid)
4.Social/Digital/Internet Marketing to reach target channels
5.Advertising & Marketing Communications for target channels
6.Market Research & Analysis to study Grobest and competitors strengths and weaknesses in the market and action plan to address improvements needed to Sales Head, Formulation team and GM

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Lead Product Management and New Product Development
1.1 Develop strong Launch plans for the identified NPDs in the market with excellence
1.2 Relaunch the new and improved Grobest Shrimp Functional and Fish Feeds with complete marketing support and great creativity to have a standout communication message
1.3 Work closely with Formulation team, analyse the current shrimp and fish feed products against key competitors and propose to address improvements needed to Sales Head, Formulation team and GM
1.4 Work closely with Sales and GTIT (Innovation team) identify new opportunities for new products for Shrimp and Fish Feed and propose at least 3-5 new product ideas to Sales Head and GM
1.5 Regularly update progress on new product development to the GM and HQ
1.6 Monitor through research and regular market visits, customer satisfaction of our products and look for ways to improve our product performance

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

2.Lead Marketing and Communication (MARCOM) planning and execution, and Selling Stories and Marketing Material Development
2.1 Create brand awareness of the company and brands to the customers
2.2 Work closely with TS and Area Managers, and with the Marcom team, lead the development of compelling stories (videos, pictures, sales materials and write ups) with data that shows superiority of Grobest Functional Performance in Shrimp and Fish feed. Continue to develop these
compelling stories (2-3 every Quarter). Release and share these compelling stories with our target customers in all forms of media as well as in Sales materials for our Sales team
2.3 Responsible for all matter related with Social media, digital media, internet
2.4 Responsible for all matter related with PR and advertising
2.5 Responsible for all matter related with Sales materials, detailers etc.

3.Support Sales Department to achieve Sales volume and market share Goals
3.1 Work closely with the Area Managers, develop a specific marketing and promotion plan for the Areas we are weak in Shrimp and Fish Feed to drive Grobest brand awareness, and Grobest brand compelling messages/content about superior Functional Performance that addresses specific disease issues and/or growth needs to grow our market share in each Area. Get alignment to this plan with Sales Head and GM and then execute this plan with excellence.

-Male/Female, age between 30-35 years old
-Bachelor''s degree in in Business, Marketing or similar relevant field, MBA is preferred
-At least 6 years of work experience as Marketing Manager from Aquaculture feed business, Poultry Feed, Feed Additives or Animal Health.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Good project management skills and experience
-Hands-on, agile and quick learner, fast mover/action oriented, proactive problem solver
-Fluent in English
-Experienced working in multinational environment
