1. Get to know the Year Plan from MICE Business Unit. Then inform the staff about the year''s operational goals. In order to be able to work towards the common goal
2. Receive assignments from MICE Business Unit Director, then plan work, budget management, oversee, control and develop the work capacity of the work team. To be able to organize the work in each project to achieve the plan with details as follows;
- Operation: Contact and communicate with customers. Formulate activities for achieving customer objectives and proposing In addition, the Project Management Plan is for controlling the work as well as operating procedures.
- Budget management: control costs so that each project is not less than 50% profit making documents for customers, such as quotations, invoices and receipt
- Team Control: Assign work and responsibility and monitor work results of team. Control event operations to run smoothly.
- Team capacity development: suggest appropriate methods of work in order to increase work efficiency
3. Summarize event plans and report on the performance of the event as well as analyze the problems and propose improvement plans to MICE Business Unit Director by informing them periodically from communicating with customers, proposing event forms and budgets to clients, job preparation, operations, and customer performance inquiries to let the director know the situation and advise improvements to make the event more efficient.
4. Plan and propose methods to improve and develop event management to increase sales for the company.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor Degree in any related field
- Male/Female, age between 28 - 35 years old
- Have experience working in project management or Project Coordinator or Sales at least 3 years with subordinates.
- Fluent in Japanese for business communication (JLPT N1)
- Good command of English with TOEIC Score 600 or higher
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to solve immediate problems with numbers of solution
High agility
- Have a good attitude towards work improvement as able to take criticizes and comments from supervisors, colleague and subordinates
- Highly Skilled in leadership, logical and creative thinking, communication, work planning, time management, Team Lead, job assignments
