[Clients : House projects, Highrise building]

- Find Project. Initiate sales process since DV, owner, Architect, main contract
- Spec-in our brand into drawing specification
- Create YKKAP product awareness to target
- Plan prioritize sales process and customer''s requirement
- Manage relevant reporting for work process
- Maintain and develop existing and new customer
- Follow up related partner about project stage
- Develop strong relationship with partner
- Market research, competitor activities and analysis to manager
- Implement seminars and activities with Architect to align with company''s strategy

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female
- age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (Architect or engineering)
- 1-3 years experience in window or door business
- Good negotiation skill, problem solving, work well under pressure, strong service mind, good interpersonal skill
- Have driving license and own car
