- Managing overall Accounting and Finance transactions in place with accounting standards,
compliance, tax regulations, the company, and group policy as well as revenue.
- Monitor, supervise, and review overall Accounting, finance, and BOI operation.
- Be responsible for daily, monthly, quarterly yearly account closing, and consolidated.
- Review and controlling AP/AR/Petty Cash/Cheque/WHT/Corporate Income Tax/Vat/Cost
Operation/Bank Statement and Reconciliation/BOI data/Other.
- Closed accounting and prepare summary monthly and yearly financial statement and BOI report.
- Closing year-end financial statement for both management account and local statutory account.
- Closing FS report, BOI Report, and Audit report.
- Review all transaction of Trial Balance, Review and analytic Balance Sheet and P&L.
- Developing and implementing process/system related to overall operation efficiency of general
accounting activities in order to enhance internal controls that complied with laws and company
policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies to ensure compliance in all
transactions.
- Managing finance and accounting activities through the preparation of accurate financial
forecasts and appropriate planning. Preparing valid and accurate accounting and financial reports.
- Ensuring that an appropriate financial framework is in place to enable operational financial
decision making.
- Overseeing accounting and finance processes to ensure their accuracy and completeness as well
as complying with accounting principles and company policy.
- Ensuring effective and efficient internal control processes are in place.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female only
- Age not over 45 years old
- Bachelor''s degree or above in Accounting Major
- more than 5 years Experience in Accounting/Financial Manager Position
- Hold CPD license.
- Professional knowledge of both Thai Commercial Law, The Revenue/Tax Law, BOI system
and Thai Financial Reporting Standards for Non-Publicly Accountable Entities.
- Must have knowledge about Cost Accounting, Receivable, Payable, Corporate Tax,
Withholding Tax, VAT BOI, J-SOX and other concern.
- Experience working in Japanese manufacturer that has been promoted by the Board of
Investment (BOI).
- Have experience and knowledge in BOI project.
- Fluent in computer skill (MS office).
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Have leadership and support team.
- Collaborating with internal/external related department.
- Auditing field experience is an advantage.
