Summary :
• Lead the team to provide system administrative support in the hardware & software operations.
• Plan, maintain and administer the information systems and local area network in the branch to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations including data storage management and security standards management within our company.
Report directly to Head of IT Department (Japanese) and IT VP (Thai)
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Ensure the smooth operation of hardware systems and perform routine system operations including data backup and keeping of daily/problem logs.
2. Oversee and/or perform installation, maintenance and monitoring of the company''s systems, hardware, software and local area network. Maintain inventory records of them as our company assets. Provide support for system upgrades, file maintenance and installations where installations are carried out by vendors.
3. Managing team to support end user computing and daily operations to resolve and prevent problems . Perform trouble shooting and act as an internal resource for system problems or unusual situations encountered.
4. Organize hands-on demonstrations and/or train end users in the use of new software and hardware products.
5. Make, plan and maintain office automation and communication infrastructure.
6. Liaise with other departments on behalf of users on matters relating to company information systems.
7. Establish, maintain and implement policies, rules and procedures for managing information and information systems.
8. Improve literacy of information Security Management of the company members and provide relevant staff training.
9. Assist the Department Head to make budget application and IT strategy reports etc.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male/Female, Thai Nationality. Age between 35-45 years old
-Have experiences in IT Application in wholesale international banking industries (If not, past experience as IT Application from IT Solution/Consulting for Banking clients is acceptable).
-Good Command of English, if able to communicate in Japanese will be an advantage.
-Experienced in communicating with vendors and users
-Good understanding of IT Application process and procedure, and know the common techniques or solutions to be used in the organization
-If have knowledge related to banking products such as business loans will be an advantage
