- Manage and monitor all human resources operations specifically: manpower planning, recruitment, employee development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and appraisals.
- Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer employee relationship and promote a high level of employee engagement.
- Assess training needs and create relevant training and development programs in alignment with the business objectives.
- Provide Top Management with professional consultation on key HR issues.
- Manage, direct & coordinate the needs for Administration, General Affairs, office Supplies & Facilities

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male with Japanese Level N3 up
- Aged not over 50 years old
- Experience 5 years in HRM
- At least 1 year experience in factory
- Good communicate in English
