JOB DETAIL
- Provide administrative support to team members
- Perchasing for internal and record stock
- Perform daily operation, include filing, handling phone calls, fax and handle courier services
- Business trip arrangement, e.g. Airline ticket, hotel accommodation and trip expensive report
- Assist in general VISA application, time attandance, welfair for employees
- Handle ad hoc assignment
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relative disciplines
- 1-2 years of working experience is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized and willing to learn
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
