Driving company quality and improvement activities in relation to both cost systems and product quality for the company plant and supplier plant.
Optimising the usage of resources to meet quality, cost and financial objectives.
Controlling budgets for the Quality Assurance Section.
Leading the Quality Team in relation to maintaining and improving the quality level of products.
Driving quality improvement activity relating to supplier parts.
Following-up on special assignments for supporting the management policy.
Implementing and carrying out continuous supplier audits.
Contacting clients in relation to product faults and complaints to ensure the necessary actions are implemented.
Coordinating with purchasing when evaluating supplier bidding and conducting technical & commercial negotiations.
Verifying the root causes of failures and defects.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Male only, Age 37 - 40 years old.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science.
At least 3-5 years’ experience as a QA/QC Assistant Manager.
At least 3 years’ experience in automotive is preferred.
Experience in Quality Management (in-house quality and supplier quality).
Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems and core tools.
Strong management skills, strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem solving, leadership, decision making and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
Good command of spoken and written English.
