Job Detail

1. Organize and follow up of Field monitor tests in the ASEAN market
2. Handle the ASEAN market's claims and complains with an accurate response.
3. To analyze the market information and report the market demand and improvement request with actual
evidence.
4. Leading or supervising the SE for fieldwork and handle the job within timeline and coaching the colleagues or
subordinates.
5. Support distributors and subsidiaries about technical issues.
6. Collect customer usage information and advice appropriate usage.
7. To know the customer satisfactions, collect customer feedback through interviews with other teams.
8. To write user manuals with Technical Data.
9. To execute technical Seminars and Trainings for the ASEAN Distributor and subsidiaries.
10. To be a Contact Person for the ASEAN Distributor regarding Technical issues.

Salary

45,000 - 55,000 (THB)

experience

• Male only age 30 - 37 year old
• Bachelor's Degree or higher, major in Engineering or Science or related field.
• Analytical review and logical thinking
• Problem solving and teaching skill
• Report skill to manager. (with Basic Excel and power point skills)
• Strong-Client facing and team working skills (communication)
• Time management and planning with each subsidiaries and distributors.
• English communication, Toeic score 600
• Must be able and familiar with traveling for a business trip both domestic and overseas
• Need driving license.
