JOB DETAIL

• Lead system integration projects (ERP, make-to-order applications, IT infrastructure) for Japanese companies
• Conduct pre-sales activities including requirement gathering, cost estimation, and proposal development
• Liaise with Japanese client management and oversee Thai project teams to ensure successful project delivery

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor Degree or upper (IT Software / IT Science Related Field)
- Minimum 10 years of experience implementing IT systems (e.g., ERP, production control systems) in manufacturing or other industries
- Proven background in at least two of the following roles: Project Manager/Leader, Pre-Sales Engineer, Application SE, Developer
- Strong English communication skills for collaboration with Thai colleagues
- Experience working on international projects or with multicultural teams
- Deep understanding of business processes such as manufacturing and accounting
- Prior experience in IT vendor companies
