JOB DETAIL

- Coordinate sales activities and communication between customers and internal teams
- Support preparation of quotations, contracts, and proposals
- Manage customer databases, sales records, and project status
- Act as a bridge between Japanese-speaking customers and the sales team
- Follow up on customer inquiries and orders
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documents
- Support handling customer feedback and problem-solving
- Coordinate with other departments such as logistics, accounting, and engineering
- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking sales performance
- Support preparation and operations of exhibitions and promotional eve

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Qualifications
- Language: English—able to read, write, and communicate for business purposes (Thai proficiency is an advantage)
- Experience in manufacturing (especially automotive industry) or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Able to travel domestically and internationally
