JOB DETAIL

Plan and establish a management accounting and cost accounting center to support new business operations across multiple sites.

Oversee cost management and conduct cost calculation in the SAP system.

Prepare and analyze management accounting data to support business decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve profit targets.

Report directly to the Factory Manager / President / CFO / Head of Accounting.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in factory or production accounting.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong management and leadership skills, including experience supervising foreign subordinates.

- Proficiency in SAP system and advanced Excel data processing.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Language:

- English communication skills required (able to communicate effectively in work situations; fluency not mandatory).

- Preferably able to communicate effectively in Thai.
