[About Job]
This is an accounting staff position at world-leading electric components manufacturer/trading company.

[Job Description]
- Recording of accounting transactions
- Requests from the head office: preparation of reporting packages or any other requests from the head office (Japan)
- Preparation of invoices and receipts
- Reconfirmation of tax invoices and billing documents from our internal system
- Preparation of documents for the accounting firm (recording in the accounting system: accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed asset tax, working capital, housing purchase expenses)
- Preparation of tax reports (purchases and sales)
- Preparation for withholding tax management
- Settlement of accounts payable and recording of foreign exchange gains/losses
- Payment transactions and calculation of withholding tax
- Payroll calculation and overtime calculation
- Submission of PP.30 (electronic filing)
- Response to any requests from the accounting firm
- Various bank transfer procedures
- Calculation and reporting of overtime hours (submitted at the beginning of each month)
- Any other tasks assigned by company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirements]
-New graduates with Bachelor's degrees in Accounting can apply this position
-However preferred candidates with 2 to 3 years of accounting experience at Japanese companies before.
-Must have basic accounting knowledge
-Nearly Intermediate level of English or above (*At least must be able to communicate with Japan HQ staff by email in English)
