• Collaborate with the Production Engineer Department, Manufacturing Department, and relevant departments to implement cost reduction activities.
• Control company profit in new model sourcing.
• Manage internal cost reduction activities to ensure goal achievement.
• Monitor and control cost pricing to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
• Oversee processes that may cause cost discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Verify the accuracy of the Cost Breakdown.
• Develop and maintain accurate cost models for production and operational activities.
• Review production-related costs and analyze cost fluctuations to validate accuracy for the Accounting Department.
• Improve production-related costs and ensure data accuracy in the Cost Breakdown.
• Lead cross-departmental initiatives to streamline cost planning activities.
• Supervise a team of cost analysts or planners, ensuring high performance and development.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Male of Female. Age between 25-35 years old
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost analysis, financial planning, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling tools and SAP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software.
