【Job Description】
-You will be assigned as plant manager. Currently they have Japanese manager who take care whole factory but he is retiring in next few years, so company would like to transfer jobs to new plant manager.

-Production management
-Manufacturing management
-Overall factory management (management of the manufacturing staff)
-Customer support (reply to customers via email in English when they contact you)
-Report to the MD
-Production management
-Manufacturing management

-Customer support (reply to customers via email in English when they contact you)
-Report to the MD of the expatriate
-Training supervisors
-Other tasks assigned by the company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
-Must have plant/factory manager experience in auto parts manufacturing industries
-English Nealy Intermediate Level (*Must be able to write emails in English)

【Prefer】
-Japanese skill N3 up
-Able to use NC lathe
