-Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and exceptional quality.
-Build, train, and oversee a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
-Develop and execute strategies to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
-Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders in the Phuket market.
-Monitor financial performance, control costs, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations while maintaining high service standards.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Any gender, age not over 45 years old.
-Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
-Several years of experience in restaurant or food service management.
-Good knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, purchasing, inventory management, and cost control.
-Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate staff.
-Good financial and business acumen to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and identify areas for improvement.
-Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints and issues effectively.
