- Arrange supplier audit for a customer
- Oversee ISo Management
- Support suppliers for the development of new products, customer audit
- Mentor senior member to guide junior
- Issue Debit / Credit memos to support the related departments
- Negotiate with the supplier, forwarder, and Warehouse for the cost due to defective/damaged product
- Suggest solutions or for approval
- Inform schedule of switching old to new product to customer, sales team, or any related
